Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Gift Processor and Data Entry Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that gifts and donations are recorded accurately in our donor management system. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

As a Gift Processor and Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Keying in all gifts and donations received accurately into our Raiser's Edge database. - Corresponding with staff and donors with requests for information and acknowledgements in a timely manner. - Reconciling gifts and pledges, updating the database, and pulling reports as requested. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of gifts and donations. - Providing exceptional customer service to donors and staff. - Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: - Experience and proficiency with Raiser's Edge database fundraising software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Detail-oriented with proficiency in written and verbal communication and strong customer service orientation. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: - Previous experience in a non-profit organization or fundraising environment. - Knowledge of donor management systems and fundraising software. - Experience with data entry and reconciliation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
