Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial institution environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Experience with banking software and systems, such as core banking platforms and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Financial Services Representative (CFSR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
