Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in a collaborative call center environment, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're passionate about providing legendary customer service and have a flair for languages, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
