Job Summary

As an Experienced Licensed Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations

  • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their goals
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results-driven performance
  • Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Licensed to sell insurance products in the state of California
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish a plus

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in sales or customer service, such as the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation
