Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth and Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions. - Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to convert calls into booked service appointments. Provide coaching and feedback to help team members achieve their goals. - Dispatch Management: Manage the dispatch process to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. - Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. Provide regular reports to management and make recommendations for improvement. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams. Essential Qualifications:
