Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries

  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and KPIs
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software and online ordering systems
