Job Description
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Verifying data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
- Verifying data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate
- Searching entire applications while assembling files in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines
- Completing timesheets on a weekly basis
- Following standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
- Performing other job-related duties as required
- Working with clearly defined procedures
- Acquiring basic skills to perform routine tasks
- Entry-level business support or operation role
- No prior training or related work experience required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
- Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
- Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
- Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
- High-Speed Internet capability
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
