We're currently seeking experienced Customer Care Advisors to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
