Job Description
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our research and data collection process. You'll be responsible for:
- Working from home, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and studies
- Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Entering data accurately and efficiently, using Microsoft Word or Excel as a tool to keep yourself organized
- Communicating effectively with our team and clients, using your webcam and smartphone as needed
- Meeting deadlines and following through on tasks, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Education varies by study – all education levels accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Strong focus and ability to follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (helpful but not mandatory)
