Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, using medical terminology to request and verify benefits
  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers, including healthcare professionals and patients
  • Providing support for Health Care Providers, including researching benefit information and resolving issues
  • Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • Internet Requirements:
