What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working remotely in Virginia to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers, resolving their issues with compassion and empathy
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and technology
  • High-speed internet (15 mbps) for remote work

Reporting and Success Metrics

You'll report to a Team Lead, contributing to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. Your performance will be measured by key metrics, including:

  • Customer satisfaction ratings
  • First-call resolution rates
  • Average handle time
  • Quality of service and product knowledge
