Your Role at arenaflex

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries, including inbound calls from medical professionals
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and adaptable
  • Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
  • Providing support for Health Care Providers and researching benefit information
  • Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and adapt to changing priorities
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • A clean and quiet workspace that minimizes distractions
  • A desktop computer or laptop with a Windows operating system
  • A headset or earbuds for clear communication
  • A secure and stable internet connection that meets our requirements
