When you get feedback, we expect genuine effort to absorb it and level up. Team-First Mentality - Our culture is collaborative and supportive. We go to great lengths to protect it. Your input is welcome and discussion is encouraged, and once a direction is chosen we expect everyone to pull in the same direction.
