Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality data entry services, including data collection, entry, and verification

• Participate in research studies, including online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
• Work from home, choosing your own hours and schedule
• Use a computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and participate in studies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using Microsoft Word or Excel as needed
• Communicate effectively with arenaflex team members and clients, using email, phone, or video conferencing
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results, while working independently and as part of a team

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Able to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
• Experience with online research studies, including online focus groups and product testing

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

• Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
