Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be the face of our organization, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional service, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and offer solutions to customer problems
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products and services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

  • Knowledge of industry trends and product information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
