Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service/sales representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on our supplemental benefits
  • Scheduling Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their options and needs
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ambition, motivation, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of supplemental benefits and their applications
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
