Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for providing legendary service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
