About arenaflex

arenaflex is a Restaurant Commerce Platform (RCP) that empowers large- and mid-sized restaurants, breweries, bars, hotels, and other venues to run lean, profitable operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our platform integrates with popular point-of-sale (POS) systems, enabling patrons to order and pay through a server, directly from their mobile phones, or blend the two experiences on one tab. With easy-to-use mobile POS, contactless ordering and payment features, and kitchen management systems (KMS), operators can access new revenue streams via dine-in, take-out, and delivery, ghost kitchens, retail groceries, and more. Founded in 2016, arenaflex processes over $250M transactions per year, with operations across 35 U.S. states and growing.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for arenaflex restaurants and venues
  • Establishing, growing, and managing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Acting as an advocate for arenaflex in each relationship to drive adoption, retention, and participation in new features and products
  • Coordinating each phase of a successful and timely rollout of product launch
  • Supporting and providing technical troubleshooting to arenaflex operators where and when needed
  • Functioning as a product expert and technical communications resource for clients via support
  • Supporting the arenaflex technical team, customers, and end-users as needed
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts as relates to product usability and performance based on consumer feedback

Skills and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • A desire and aptitude for learning deep technical aspects of the arenaflex product (background in customer success for SaaS a huge plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and remote collaboration experience
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • A curious and comfortable working in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment
  • A quick learner with a go-getter attitude
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred OR 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry preferred
  • The ability and willingness to travel to various local restaurants, bars, and other venues
