Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and sales team in achieving their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Identifying customer requirements and recommending services and products that meet their needs
- Communicating with customers about our products, services, and capabilities, showcasing expertise and building trust

- Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions
Skills and Qualifications
* A positive, very detailed-oriented people pleaser with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A willingness to be proactive and take action to resolve customer issues and meet their needs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer service
- Printing and signage experience, including knowledge of direct mail and automated marketing
- Familiarity with PrintSmith POS software
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
