Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using advanced technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
