Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Union City, CA. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues, escalating them to senior representatives or management when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (1-2 years)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products and services

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
