Job Summary

As a Mostly Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring prescription coverage for patients by assisting healthcare providers with inbound faxes and phone calls. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of remote work and in-person training, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities

As a Mostly Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
  • Ensuring all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Following up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately inputting data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
