Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You'll be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. You'll build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate our website and online ordering system.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
