In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support, both in-person and remotely. Key Responsibilities:

As an Office/Remote Medical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families with professionalism and empathy
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with caregivers to ensure timely services for patients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
  • Assisting in the coordination of transportation for patients as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is highly desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Empathetic and patient nature
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in the office and remotely as needed
  • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
