Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to interpret imaging results Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in radiology Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care Stay current with advancements in radiology technology and techniques Provide guidance and support to radiology technicians Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and results
Requirements
MD degree with a specialization in Radiology Active medical license in the state of Florida Associate-level experience in a clinical radiology setting Proficiency in various imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p Setting: Remote Daily Volume: 20-30 PET CTs Duties: Reading nuclear medicine cases and PETs EMR: Cerner Dictation: Powerscribe PACS: GE, Visage Must be board-certified Apply To This Job
