Job Description: This role offers an opportunity to support a dynamic legal practice by delivering steady, detail‑oriented assistance that ensures smooth daily operations. As a Legal Assistant , you will handle research, client communication, document preparation, and administrative coordination that keeps cases moving efficiently. You will contribute meaningfully to client experiences and the team’s workflow by managing critical information and supporting attorneys with precision. - Handle intake and enter details into the CRM
- Generate letters and professional correspondence
- Support the team with consistent and accurate workflow management
- Research open‑access databases
- Update the Case Management System
- Pull dockets from court systems and attach documents to calendars
- Communicate with potential clients to gather initial information regarding cases
- Track time for billing purposes
