Senior Consultant - Pharmacy Business Manager

Summary: In this role, you will manage consulting engagements and individual work efforts to deliver insightful data analysis, strategic recommendations, and operational improvements for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide project execution, interpret complex data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. You will leverage project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of client objectives while supporting the development of tools, services, and intellectual capital within the team. Responsibilities: Manage consulting projects to deliver strategic, operational, and analytical solutions for clients. Develop and execute project plans that align with timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Present recommendations and findings to client leadership and key stakeholders. Facilitate client meetings, discussions, and project updates. Manage mid to senior-level client relationships and maintain alignment on project expectations. Utilize project management methodologies to guide work efforts and ensure successful project delivery. Identify opportunities to enhance products, services, tools, or methodologies within the functional area. Support business development efforts by identifying potential upsell opportunities and collaborating with senior team members. Contribute to the development and sharing of intellectual capital, best practices, and example deliverables across the team. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience interpreting and presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience facilitating client meetings and delivering presentations preferred. Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients. Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
