What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for technical writing and documentation deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of project tasks. Supporting project managers by maintaining and updating project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely access to records. Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide status updates, gather information, and ensure alignment on project objectives. Tracking project milestones and deliverables, reporting potential delays or risks to the project manager for resolution. Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items. Your Profile: You will bring relevant technical writing and documentation experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project coordination is acceptable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
