Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually, with flexibility to offer a higher starting salary based on experience and qualifications Total Compensation: Includes commission and bonus opportunity Location: Remote (Northeast-based; must be able to travel to NYC and surrounding areas) At Lakeside Book Company, books are more than just pages — they’re experiences. What You’ll Do Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and closing new client opportunities Deliver tailored, compelling sales presentations aligned to client needs Build and grow long-term client relationships Negotiate contracts and develop client solutions Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results Monitor industry trends and support growth strategy Meet or exceed sales targets What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–5 years of sales or related experience (or strong early-career candidate with high growth potential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter mindset with a drive to achieve results Printing, publishing, or manufacturing experience is a plus What we offer you: Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k with company match Career growth opportunities Employee Assistance Program Employee appreciation & recognition programs About Us: Lakeside Book Company loves books!
