Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving complex issues related to computer systems products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via inbound calls, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer systems products and services
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and informed support
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role

  • Ability to operate a computer, including:

+ Experience working with Outlook products + Operating dual monitors

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days onsite and flexible remote work arrangements

Nice to Have Qualifications

* Experience working with ticketing systems, such as [insert system name]

  • Familiarity with computer systems products and services, including account creation and management, login difficulties, form submissions, and payment processing
