Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. This position requires close collaboration with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues, meet common goals, and participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet common goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation and Schedule

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $14.00 to $18.00 per hour. Our full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
