Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Visualization

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Owning and maintaining weekly/monthly dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and related deep dives
- Automating data layouts and reports using SQL and Excel
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of machine learning (ML) and product changes on key metrics
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on working with large complex data sets
- Strong SQL skills, with experience working with databases and data modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience creating complex spreadsheets and data visualizations
- Ability to focus on high-impact areas and drive results
- Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills
- Experience working directly with business teams to use data and analysis to inform business decisions
Essential Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Capabilities
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
