Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
