About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business decisions and optimize our content portfolio. You will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data analysis techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business strategy.
• Analyze client behavior, including viewing habits and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for working with large-scale data sets. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
• Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
• Passion for entertainment and media, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
