About the Role

As a Chief, Voice Insight, you'll be responsible for owning the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality and excellence. You'll have a high level of visibility across the organization, driving volume growth and retention through your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, including smoothing out work processes through item and component advancement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Research, Design, and Global Support Operations, to drive quality and excellence
  • Acquire an elevated level of visibility from organization leadership by driving a "big bet" for arenaflex

What We're Looking For

* You're a self-starter who thrives in making structure from scratch

  • You tackle problems from first principles, eager to find creative solutions and challenge "this is how it's always been done" thinking
  • You're comfortable with a diverse set of responsibilities and love working across a breadth of disciplines and teams
  • You're data-driven, letting information win arguments, and open to pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel
  • You're an effective communicator, able to talk as though you're right and listen as though you're wrong
  • You act with a sense of urgency, preferring an achievement today to an achievement tomorrow
  • You're tenacious, taking the necessary steps to win, come what may
  • You have 5+ years of experience, having thrived in a competitive or challenging environment

Compensation and Benefits
