The Role

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for providing fast, painless, and accurate customer support via email, live chat, and other channels. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on how to use our platform, and troubleshoot technical issues when they arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and other channels, ensuring that customers receive fast, accurate, and helpful responses to their queries

  • Help customers to understand the best practices for using our platform, driving adoption, and increasing renewal rates
  • Proactively reach out to customers to help with onboarding, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist with documentation, research, and other side projects as needed
  • Provide customer-focused feedback to other teams, inspiring a success mindset throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience

  • You have experience working in customer support or success for a SaaS product, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • You're natively proficient in verbal and written English and can effectively communicate verbally and in writing in at least one other language (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish)
  • You're comfortable working remotely and are self-sufficient, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You're an incredible communicator and an excellent writer, with the ability to take complex subjects and break them down using clear and simple language
  • You're comfortable troubleshooting issues and are excited to increase your technical knowledge
  • You're cool under stress, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional support, even in challenging situations
  • You're a resourceful problem solver with a strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take initiative and ownership to see things through to completion
  • You're receptive to feedback, embracing the opportunity to grow and improve, and are comfortable giving feedback to help others improve
  • You can handle difficult customers with ease and professionalism, and are comfortable advocating for the customer to help improve the product
  • You're extremely attentive to detail and care about doing good work, taking initiative and ownership to see things through to completion

Bonus Points

* Previous knowledge of HubSpot, Confluence, Jira, and support ticketing platforms is a plus

  • Experience with assessment platforms and a passion for using data to drive decision-making is also a plus

What We Offer

  • A competitive compensation package, including €23,000- €34,000 per year, based on experience and performance, plus share appreciation rights (SARs)
