Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Leading technical discovery and intake calls independently, understanding customer architectures, web applications, and cloud stacks
  • Guiding customers through implementation, optimization, and best practices without needing constant engineering support
  • Managing executive relationships and influencing stakeholders to adopt recommendations
  • Ensuring alignment with customer goals, driving adoption, and proactively mitigating churn risk
  • Identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales
  • Delivering insights and communicating value through reporting, consultation, and thought leadership
  • Leveraging industry knowledge to tailor guidance to customer needs

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting or related technical client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs)
  • Ability to confidently lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues
  • Executive presence with excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a strong plus

Nice-to-Haves

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent

  • Background in customer-facing cybersecurity
