Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, representing their interests and driving revenue growth. You will engage in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet customer needs. - Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits. - Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients. - Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed. - Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback. - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. - Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential. - Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change, with a positive and professional demeanor. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
