Job Summary

As a Irontime Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, shipping, receiving, posting, cancellation, and other queries. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and post items for sale online and on social media company accounts

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services
  • Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager

Essential Qualifications

* Skilled written and oral communication

  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven
  • Customer service focus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and online site administration
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Valid driver's license

* Experience in customer service or sales

  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms and social media marketing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
