Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support / Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and resolution to our clients' products and services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support and resolution to clients' products and services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our clients' products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with technical support software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
