PURPOSE To help as many sellers solve their real estate problems while supplying buyers the right properties to meet their goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Build relationships potential sellers from company generated leads Weekly Target: Achieve 2 signed contracts, 12.5 hours of talk time, or 250 dials Build rapport and uncover real estate challenges to provide tailored solutions for sellers Negotiate Property Pricing and make logical offers to acquire properties Hit Weekly and Monthly Sales Goals Work with an Energetic Team and Have Fun! JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 1 year phone sales experience Recommended to have a minimum of 1 year sales experience. Strong command of grammar and exceptional writing skills Real Estate Experience a PLUS! Must have a Persuasive Personality Ombudsman skills: conflict resolution, mediation, active listening, problem-solving Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved High School Diploma or equivalent; (Some College Preferred) Hands on weekly training

  • Computer literate. Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
  • PowerPoint)

Must have ability to work remotely; quiet work space, strong reliable internet, updated computer that can accommodate software applications (Mac 2018 or later for example) etc.. We are looking for PROVEN sales closers. Must be able to prove prior income claims. You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties nationwide not only by being a skilled communicator and active listener, but with learned negotiation skills This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers.
