Our Brand Ambassadors are the friendly, knowledgeable representatives of TerrAscend’s house brands. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll travel across the market supporting pop‑ups and marketing activations to bring our brands to life. Brand Ambassadors support the Sales and Marketing teams by driving brand awareness, curating positive customer experiences, and representing TerrAscend in a professional, upbeat manner.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution of TerrAscend Branded Pop-Up Events at Cannabis Retail Locations throughout the specified territory
  • Represent our company and house brands in a positive and professional manner at retail both retail pop-ups, as well as community and industry events/activations.
  • Maintain high-level product knowledge and clearly communicate product benefits to wholesale accounts, patients, and customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts.
  • Work with the team to implement the best-in-class field marketing brand engagements/activations.
  • Complete Pop-Up Reporting Tracker at the end of each activation to roll into weekly field marketing reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in field marketing, events, retail, customer service, or related field.
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Basic cannabis knowledge with a passion for the plant and the industry
  • Naturally upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality with a passion to talk with and help others learn about cannabis.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Background Check Required.
