Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Post Operations Analytics, you will be responsible for managing the entire Post-Ops Analytics process, providing feedback and development instructions to stakeholders, and collaborating with adjacent Network Operations Control groups to extract desired insights and nuances in the data collected. You will work closely with the Director/Sr. Managed Analytics to ensure the Post-Ops Analytics Team is properly resourced, staffed, and organized, and align on network priorities during the Post-Ops process.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the entire Post-Ops Analytics process to deliver feedback/development instructions to stakeholders during the Network Operations Control

  • Establish the setup of data flows, methods, and data structures to manually the undertaken assessment and to manually the analysts
  • Manage the collection of relevant data (quantitative and qualitative) and develop various cross-cuts and analytics to focus on the impact of day-of choices made
  • Work collaboratively with adjacent Network Operations Control groups to extract desired insights and relevant nuances in the data collected
  • Identify and discuss the critical aspect of root cause(s) of the IROPS situation and associated operational challenges
  • Align analysis outcomes with adjacent groups and accumulate their inputs and feedback
  • Support in feedback delivery instructions and discussions and manual wider groups with requests and follow-ups
  • Work alongside the Director/Sr. Managed Analytics to ensure the Post-Ops Analytics Team was properly resourced, staffed, and organized, in addition to aligning on network priorities during the Post-Ops process
  • Identify opportunities to decorate IROPS response based on data identified – working alongside broader Post-Ops analytics group to develop tactical next steps
  • Manage the documentation of assessment and outcomes in an available repository
  • May perform special method duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Demonstrated experience in currently or in a roundabout manner most important group(s)
  • Fully functioning, huge knowledge in:

+ Airline operations/disruption management analytics + Airline operations and operational data sets, equipment and structures

  • Ability to demonstrate and keep an immoderate regard for special and sensitive data
  • Ability to count on an owner
  • Ability to demonstrate an immoderate degree of responsibility and provide direction in a group-oriented, cross-realistic environment
  • Ability to self-start and work autonomously, with constrained and disparate data
  • Ability to talk efficiently with all levels of employees as lots as and inclusive of government levels (written, oral, interpersonal)
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Excel
  • Ability to use top judgment and reasoning to understand solutions, conclusions or techniques to problems
  • Ability to assemble strong interpersonal relationships and lead through influence

Preferred Qualifications

* Skilled in visualizing data to energy insights using equipment at the side of count on-cell, MS Excel, Tableau, etc.

  • Skilled in group-building and consensus-building
  • Skilled in working with predictive or prescriptive algorithms, formulas, or models
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of three days per week working on-site at our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX
