Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations

As a key member of our remote call center team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, providing empathetic support, and driving business growth. Join our dynamic team and enjoy a competitive salary, commissions, and bonuses, with a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+).

Responsibilities:

* Connect with potential clients through an automated dialer, engaging with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying those who may qualify for compensation

  • Multitask effectively, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts to provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Troubleshoot basic IT problems and self-manage technical issues to minimize downtime

Requirements:

* Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey

  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

We're looking for individuals who:

* Can troubleshoot basic technical issues and self-manage technical problems

  • Are willing to work 40+ hours per week, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Can handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until connected with a viable caller
  • Are able to use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Can commit to working the full training period (90 days)
  • Are able to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern

  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
