Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with every interaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously

  • Recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

Educational Qualifications
