Position Highlights

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions
  • Providing feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions
  • Using provided products and/or services (if applicable) and sharing your experience during meetings
  • Showing up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time

Job Requirements
