Role Summary

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice and personality of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries with empathy and efficiency, managing live chat and providing real-time assistance, and escalating issues to higher management when necessary. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* No experience required, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
