Job Summary
As an experienced full stack data entry professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our network infrastructure and internal workstations. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as providing specialized technical support to our clients. If you have strong data entry skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a full stack data entry professional at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
- Providing specialized technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and equipment
- Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
- Communicating with clients by telephone to discuss issues and concerns and resolve problems
- Exploring issues by researching online information sources and internal sites to identify solutions and implement fixes
- Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved
- Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong data entry skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
- Experience with Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other software applications
- Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other internet browsers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with data entry software and applications
- Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco)
