About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. You'll work independently, using your exceptional written communication skills to deliver exceptional service. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the skills needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Engage with customers through diverse mediums like email, live chat, and virtual interactions
  • Deliver top-notch service using exceptional written communication skills
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (customer service, communications, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data
