Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate transmission of data to our clients. This is a low-stress role with great rewards, and we are looking for a reliable and willing individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and transmitting documents to clients

  • Make outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues
  • Process claims, including reviewing and verifying data, and ensuring accurate transmission to clients
  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
  • Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
  • Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Strong Data Entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or equivalency

* Experience in healthcare or insurance industry

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
